WHY BRIDGE WORKS!
The Bridge Program is uniquely and individually tailored to meet your specific needs, and to work with you at your own unique place in your recovery.
THE BRIDGE PROGRAM
Overview of the Bridge Program
Each client works every day – on a one-on-one basis – with a staff of highly-trained resident managers and life skill educators who will help him achieve his behavioral goals and break the patterns of self- sabotage he may have previously engaged in
We fully-integrate medication management and symptom regulation (including de-escalation of dysfunctional emotions) with life skills, social skills and self-care – all of which prepare each client for impulse control and more independent living in the future.
We focus on building positive relationships for each client and teaching him how to manage or overcome his challenges. Finally, we help each client gain self-confidence (through symptom management, stable medical care, and self-management) to find direction and ultimately engage in meaningful pursuits (e.g., hobbies, school, work, etc.)
